Queensland-born and bred, Lachlan—affectionately known as Lachie—brings a unique blend of film industry experience and passion to his role at CATO. With a background in film and TV studies and post-production, Lachie made the move to Sydney just over two and a half years ago to join the dynamic CATO team.
On Sunday 8th September, CATO Location Services were thrilled to have provided their services for a major event with Fairfield City Council to celebrate Cabramatta’s 2024 Moon Festival with record-breaking attendance ascending on Cabramatta’s Town Centre.
CATO MD Kieran Cato’s introduction to the construction industry began at 15, working alongside his father in his own construction company. Those early years were formative, providing him with a robust understanding of the construction trade. From manual labor to learning the intricacies of site operations, Kieran formulated a solid foundation for what was to become CATO’s construction division.
CATO Location Services MD Kieran Cato recently embarked on a unique journey to the Northern Territory for the filming of Nutopia’s second series, Limitless with Chris Hemsworth. Upon reflection, Kieran emphasised the challenges involved in gaining access to remote communities in the NT.
