Location services for the motion picture and events industries
CATO Location Services MD Kieran Cato recently travelled to the Northern Territory and Victoria whilst working on the second season of Nutopia’s series Limitless with Chris Hemsworth. After successfully providing over ten different services on season one, it was great to be back working again with the Limitless crew.
We’re excited to be working with the Easy Tiger Productions crew again after success on previous projects such as The Twelve and Colin From Accounts. With filming commencing for the upcoming Paramount+ series One Night, CATO are set to provide local support regionally in the Illawarra region.
The six part series is being directed by Catherine Millar, whom we worked with on The Twelve and The Secret She Keeps, as well as Lisa Matthews, our collaborator on Doctor Doctor and The PM’s Daughter.
In 2022, CATO Location Services collaborated with a number of domestic and international productions filming in New South Wales. Across the state, CATO has provided various productions with unit management, production vehicles, traffic management, security, safety and Covid management among other services, in order to ensure that shooting on location runs as seamlessly as possible.
CATO Location Services is turning its emissions into trees and going carbon neutral!
CATO Location Services has committed to becoming a carbon neutral company. Working together with Carbon Neutral the business is in the process of measuring, reducing, and finally offsetting emissions.
Kieran Cato, says, “We recognise it’s time to evolve CATO into a business that cares not only about our people, clients, products and services but one that doesn’t ignore its impact on the environment. Our aim is to complete the project by the end of this year and we are on track to do it.”
