At CATO we make a conscious effort to source products from brands we believe in. When it comes to choosing suppliers for our uniforms, client gifts and various branded products, we seek partnerships with like-minded companies and organisations whose values align with our own.
Kieran Cato has been taking part in the Vinnie’s CEO Sleepout since 2020.
There are currently more than 122,000 people in Australia doing it rough and sleeping on the streets. The Vinnie’s CEO Sleepout is an annual initiative to help break the cycle of homelessness and help those most in need.

Walk for WAGEC is a 10km walk to raise money so women and children can walk away from violence. Every night, WAGEC supports 200 women and children impacted by homelessness, domestic violence and systemic disadvantage. In 2024, the CATO team took part in the Walk for WAGEC initiative, in order to support the continuation of WAGEC’s vital work.
At CATO we believe in the value and importance of mental health support services. SANE is the leading national mental health organisation for people with complex mental health issues in Australia and for the families and friends that support them.
Working with Sydney by Kayak, an eco tourism certified company, the CATO team removed 7.25kg of plastic from Sydney Harbour and put $180 towards local sustainability initiatives.
CATO is a Climate Active carbon neutral certified organisation!
The accreditation is re-assessed on a yearly basis and is obtained by measuring, reducing, and finally offsetting carbon emissions. CATO purchased carbon offsets with Carbon Neutral Australia’s solar power renewable energy project. Kieran was motivated to invest in solar as it establishes the infrastructure for ongoing sources of renewable energy.
Youth Off The Streets supports young people to overcome personal hardship, develop new skills and turn their lives around. Kieran Cato has been a volunteer mentor since 2023. He will work with his allocated mentee for the next two years and assist them to build a positive future for themselves.
