Our workplace is situated in a creative corner of Marrickville.

You will form part of our Client Experience team and report through to the Operations Manager to drive seamless end to end outcomes for your client relationships.

Role Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate and deliver end to end client requirements for specific events and production projects.

+ Own the retention and potential growth of our industry partners with a defined portfolio of clients.

+ Build and maintain exceptional relationships with your key clients and manage all aspects of a particular ‘job’ including but not limited to: Film productions and community events across Sydney.

+ Outbound Sales calls to existing and archived clients to generate new business opportunities.

+ Gather feedback on how we are doing by reaching out regularly to hear client thoughts, challenges and how we can do it better!

+ Comply with relevant legislation, company policies and procedures through training, assessment and monitoring programs. This includes; regular training on sales and account management techniques, CATO services and processes.

+ Collaborate with all departments to ensure client requirements relating to location services are being met.

+ Act as an internal point of escalation for post-engagement related client queries.

+ Quoting and invoicing for all jobs assigned to you.

+ Support various department managers in the day to day.

+ Input bookings into our system and support the allocation of shifts when required.

+ Operational requirements in scheduling and logistics dependent on job and client needs.

+ This role is considered a hybrid role which brings together account management and operational process requirements.

What You'll Bring:

+ Previous experience in a client service, account management, sales or admin position

+ A sociable and personable approach to customer service

+ Enviable time management skills where people say – how do they do it??

+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time whilst paying strict attention to detail

+ Next-level problem solving and communication skills, an even temperament and the ability to use all to achieve the desired results across our varied client partnerships and industry relations.

+ A knack and willingness for putting our client needs first always

+ Excellent commercial astuteness, communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.

+ The art of managing different personalities and clients at all levels to gain desired outcomes

+ Confident in your own abilities yet humble enough to put your hand up when things don’t go to plan.

+ Comfortable in a growing but forever learning environment and a keen eye for detail!

+ Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

+ Experience with Xero, Deputy and/or Assignar – an advantage

+ An understanding of the film, stills and/or events industries is desirable but certainly not essential!

Salary:

$55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
